The Regas Grill restaurant concept was developed for Brinker International to appeal to the next market segment and customer demographic above their Chili’s restaurants. Designed for new, free-standing facilities, the interior ambience projected the essence of a renovated historic "Old San Francisco" brick building.

The interior focal anchor was the open display kitchen, providing a theatrical staging and food preparation area, while recycled building materials, exposed iron elements, and natural dappled light added a sense of familiar warmth and comfort to the atmosphere of the restaurant.
